About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and To fill in company legal name, a company registered in India (CIN To fill in CIN), registered office To fill in registered address (“Holimo”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the Holimo app on iPhone and Android and to getholimo.com.

By using Holimo you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy, Subscription and Billing Terms, Medical and Health Disclaimer and AI Disclosure form part of them.

Who can use Holimo

You must be 18 or older. The app asks for your date of birth and does not let younger people continue. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.

Your account

Holimo starts you with an anonymous account, so you don’t need to sign in to begin. You can link Sign in with Apple, Google or an email address later, so your data is safe if you change phones. Until you link one, your data can only be recovered from the phone it is on.

Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us at support@getholimo.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Holimo is not medical advice

Holimo is a general wellness app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not replace your doctor, dietitian or pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Targets, scores, predictions and plans are estimates based on what you enter. GLP-1 features record what you enter from your prescription and never advise on doses. Read the full Medical and Health Disclaimer.

AI features

Some features use AI: on your phone where supported, and through Google’s Gemini for Holimo Pro. AI can make mistakes. AI answers are suggestions, not professional advice, and Holimo’s code checks any AI change to your plan against safety limits such as calorie floors. AI features have monthly fair-use limits. See our AI Disclosure.

Free features and Holimo Pro

Most of Holimo is free, without ads. Holimo Pro is an optional paid subscription with a free trial on the yearly plan. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply. Our Subscription and Billing Terms explain renewal, cancelling and refunds.

Using Holimo fairly

Please don’t:

  • break the law, or use Holimo to harm yourself or anyone else;
  • try to access another person’s account or data, or test our security except as described on our Security page;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, or get around fair-use limits;
  • resell Holimo, or copy our recipes, content or design for another product;
  • use AI features to generate content that is unlawful, hateful or meant to deceive.

Family plan members must follow these terms too. The person who buys a family plan should only invite people they know.

Your content and data

What you log, write and upload stays yours. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display it only to run Holimo for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. This permission ends when you delete it or your account, apart from short-lived backups that roll off within 30 days.

Our content

Holimo, the Holimo logo, the app, our recipes, exercise guides and other content belong to To fill in company legal name or our licensors. Recipe nutrition is calculated from USDA FoodData Central, which is in the public domain. Open-source software and data we use are listed on our Licences page. You may use our content for your own personal, non-commercial use within the app.

Other services

Holimo works with services we don’t control, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in and the app stores. Optional “shop” buttons open Amazon or Myprotein outside the app, where their terms and privacy policies apply; we may earn a commission (see our Affiliate Disclosure). We aren’t responsible for those services.

Changes to Holimo

We keep improving Holimo, so features may change. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel.

Ending your use

You can stop using Holimo and delete your account at any time (see Account and data deletion). Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that in the App Store or Google Play. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep Holimo accurate, available and secure, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make about your health based on the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or To fill in counsel to set a fixed amount.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

If you live in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first at support@getholimo.com; most problems can be sorted out quickly.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the date above. For important changes we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can stop using Holimo and delete your account.
