What the shop buttons are
Holimo has no ads, ever. To help keep the price fair, a few optional shop buttons link to products you might find useful:
| Where | Partner | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Recipe → “Tools you’ll need” | Amazon | A kitchen scale or meal-prep boxes |
| Workout program → “Equipment kit” | Amazon | Dumbbells or bands that match your equipment |
| Protein target card → “Protein options” | Myprotein | Protein foods and supplements |
How we earn
If you buy something after tapping a shop button, the retailer may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same. Every shop button carries the label “We may earn a commission” (“Anzeige” in Germany).
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
To fill in Add the Associates account details or store IDs per country once each Amazon Associates account and the Myprotein affiliate network (Awin) are approved.
Our rules for shop buttons
- They never appear on dose, side-effect or cycle screens.
- Your health data is never used to choose which products you see. Products are picked by hand for each country.
- They are never shown to anyone under 18 (Holimo is 18+ only).
- Affiliate links never affect your meal plan, recipes or workouts. Plans are built by rules from your targets and preferences.
- They open in the Amazon app or your browser, outside Holimo. Amazon’s and Myprotein’s own terms and privacy policies apply there.
- Holimo only records that a shop button was tapped (which placement and product), never any health data, so we can count clicks.
Turning them off
Go to Settings → Privacy and turn off Show shop buttons. Free and Pro work exactly the same either way.
