Frequently asked

When can I get Holimo?

Holimo launches on 28 December 2026 on the App Store and Google Play, worldwide in English. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you once when it’s ready.

Who is Holimo for?

Adults 18 and over who want one calm place for everyday health: people losing weight without starving, people on a GLP-1 medication, people building muscle, people tracking their cycle, over-50s who want simple strength and reminders, and anyone who wants better focus and sleep.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can start straight away without signing in. Later you can link Sign in with Apple, Google or an email address, so your data is safe if you change phones.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Your data lives on your phone first and syncs to your account whenever you’re online. Logging, recipes, the planner, breathing and the focus timer all work without a connection.

Does Holimo work with Apple Health and Health Connect?

Yes. With your permission, Holimo reads things like steps, sleep, weight and workouts from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android, so you don’t have to type them in.

Which languages are supported?

English at launch. German and French are planned next.

How much does it cost?

Most of Holimo is free, including all recipes, the meal planner, GLP-1 mode, workouts with progression, focus, sleep, cycle and habits. Holimo Pro is $49.99 a year in the US with a 7-day free trial, or $7.99 a month. See pricing.

Are there ads?

No. Not in the free version, not in Pro, not ever. A few optional shop buttons link to kitchen tools or equipment and are clearly labelled; you can hide them.

Is there a family plan?

Yes. The family plan gives Pro to up to six people through a household invite, for $79.99 a year in the US. Everyone’s health data stays private. See the family plan.

How do I cancel?

In your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, at any time. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or renewal date to avoid the next charge. Step-by-step instructions.

Is my data private?

Yes, by default. Your account data is stored in the EU. Journal text and cycle data are encrypted on your phone before they sync. We never sell data and never use health data for ads. Read privacy by design.

Does the AI see my journal?

Never. Journal text is never sent to the cloud AI. Cycle data is only included if you switch that on. See our AI disclosure.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes, anytime, from Settings. Export everything as JSON or your logs as CSV. Deleting your account erases everything within 30 days, including backups. How to delete.

Does Holimo give medical or dosing advice?

No. Holimo is a general wellness app, not a medical device. For GLP-1 medications it records what your prescriber told you and helps you stay on track, but it never advises on doses or changes. See our medical disclaimer.

Can I use cycle tracking for contraception?

No. Cycle predictions are estimates and must not be used to plan or prevent pregnancy.

Will Holimo ever push me too hard?

No. Calorie targets never go below 1,200 kcal for women or 1,500 kcal for men, whatever anyone asks for. If it looks like eating has become hard, Holimo pauses diet coaching and offers support. Streaks forgive a missed day.
