Delete your account and data

Delete in the app

  1. Open Holimo and tap your profile picture on Today to open Settings.
  2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
  3. Read the summary and tap Delete everything.

Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out on that phone.

If the app isn’t installed

Email privacy@getholimo.com from the email address linked to your Holimo account, with the subject “Delete my Holimo account”. If you signed in with Apple or Google instead, say which one and the email address it uses.

We will confirm the request comes from the account owner, delete the account and its data, and email you when it’s done.

To fill in Confirm the privacy@ mailbox is live and write down the exact verification steps (for example, a confirmation link sent to the linked email).

Accounts that were never linked

If you never linked an email, Apple or Google sign-in, your account is anonymous and we have no way to confirm it is yours without the phone. Reinstall Holimo on the same phone (your data may still be there) and delete from Settings, or contact us and we’ll help where we can.

What is deleted, and when

  • Your account and sign-in links.
  • Every row of your data: profile, goals, logs, plans, medication and GLP-1 records, journal, cycle data, habits, streaks, reminders, coach messages and settings.
  • Files you stored, such as progress photos, if backup was on.
  • Your encryption key held in escrow, so any remaining encrypted copies can’t be read.

Everything is erased from live systems straight away and from backups within 30 days.

What may be kept

  • Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which they and we must keep for tax and accounting law.
  • Totals and statistics that no longer identify you.

Deleting the app is not enough

Uninstalling Holimo removes the data on that phone, but not the copy synced to your account. Use the steps above to delete your account.

Subscriptions

If you have Holimo Pro, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play as well. Deleting your account doesn’t stop store billing. See how to cancel.

Export your data first

You can take a copy of your data at any time, and you may want to before deleting:

  • Settings → Your data → Export everything (JSON): all your data in a machine-readable file.
  • Settings → Your data → Export logs (CSV): your logs as spreadsheets.
  • GLP-1 → Doctor visit report: a PDF of the last 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
